REFUND POLICY


At ZÖXAIER, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including intimate apparel, personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
