How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. Measure yourself with a soft tape at your bust or chest, natural waist, and hips, then match those numbers to the chart. If you're between sizes, check the fit notes on the product page for stretch-specific guidance.
What if I'm between sizes?
For stretch fabrics, we recommend your usual size. For non-stretch fabrics, we recommend sizing up. Fit notes on each product page tell you which case applies.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Measurements on our size charts are of the garment itself, taken by hand, so allow a 1-3 cm difference. When in doubt, message us before you buy and we'll help you pick.
Shipping and Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Each product page shows an estimated delivery window near the add-to-cart button, calculated from today's date. This gives you a realistic expectation before you order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, so always refer to the estimate shown on the product page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to your doorstep.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive the last item in your order. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed back to your original payment method. Timings vary by provider but are typically completed within a few business days of approval.
